Advertisers, Record labels, promoters and independent artists can submit music to Mediaguide for encoding. This allows Mediaguide to add content to our database and track what's playing more effectively.

Physical Submissions

All full length, EP, and single releases (including remixes and station edits) should be sent to Mediaguide preferably on CD at the following address:

All music submissions MUST include a completed Music Submissions Form. This form notifies Mediaguide that music has been submitted for encoding and also informs us of pertinent information related to the submission including its add date, release date, and genre(s). You can fill in the music submission form online.
