Chris McElroy
CFO
Chris joins Mediaguide from YES Networks and, prior to that, YES International AG where he served as the companies’ CFO. His
role with these organizations included developing and implementing YES’ corporate structure and business model to facilitate
the participation of global equity and business partners, leading and participating in the companies’ financial planning and
fundraising initiatives and managing the limited resources of these start-up organizations throughout this period.
Prior to joining Mediaguide, Chris was a Senior Manager in the International Tax Services Groups of Ernst & Young and Arthur
Andersen. During eleven years in this practice, Chris advised numerous Fortune 500 companies in the Media, Pharmaceutical and
other industries with respect to various cross-border transaction matters. He worked for several years in Andersen’s National
Office of Federal Tax Services in Washington, D.C. and the Firm’s New York City office.
Chris is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting/Business Administration from West Virginia University and
an MS in Taxation from The College of William and Mary.
